My magazine will appeal to my readers greatly. They way that language is used in my magazine will relate to the reader very well. They way things are written down is in such a way that it feels like you are just having a casual conversation. It's very casual and lazy, making it very easy to read which is what my buyers would be into. The style of its layout with the image along side is very appealing for my style of readers as well. The picture will relate to the reader as they style of the person in the image is probably very similar to they way they dress. Also, the interview will be good as they might even talk in a simialar way. It allows the reader to really connect to the star. I would say that my unique selling point for my magazine is that its a lot of fun, and not very serious compared to most other magazines. It really does get along with the readers well. The people in the images of my magazine also have a very fun look about them. The way they gaze makes it seem very relaxed, but serious as well. I was always asking people what they would like to see and i think i have covered it all well. It will adress my type of audience in a very good way. I then went on to interview some one from my target audience about my magazine.


Me: What do you think of my front cover?

Ry: I think its great. The font is a lot of fun, and it suits the image of the magazine. The colours are also bright and attractive. I like the image on the front to. The style of the people in the image suits what i would wear very well and i feel as if i could relate to them. I like the way you included a festival and other popular bands, which i listen to. The title stands out as well. So in a shop i would be able to see it straight away. It also includes posters which will make me want to buy the magazine even more.

Me: What do you think of my contents page?

Ry: This is a very bright and out there page. I love the font you used for the title. It stands out the well. The editors note is also very witty and funny but serious at the same time. The images are also very good. They each have a short caption, but i instantly know what its about. The images also have borders which helps them stand out well. The white bar on the right with the page references is very good. It looks extremely good. I like the way the feature bit is in a bigger font. The quote at the top of the page is also very funny and makes me want to read on about the band he is in.

Me: What do you think of my feature article?

Ry: This is by far my favourite part of the magazine. The way it is layed out is fun, and matches the rest of the magazine very well. The interview is also a lot of fun to read. I read it over and laughed at parts but also took some parts very seriously. The image on the left hand page is very good. The way she is looking into the camera is very innocent. I also like the side bar where you can see where you can find the band in the article. The quote pulled out is very good as well. The title on the top of the page is very good as well. And the font is awesome and suits it very well.
