College Magazine Cover Review

This is a cover of a college magazine and it’s easy to tell that it will be for a very academic college. I think this because of the style of the font and also the picture. You can see pillars which could be seen as being very ‘posh’ and ‘smart’. The font could also indicate that it is for intellectual people. Its curly writing and I personally think it looks quite dull but others may think differently. It has bullet points which cover the main parts of the magazine. It looks like it covers thing which aren’t very interesting. Also by looking at the colours it looks as if the inside of the magazine is not going to be colourful and eye catching. There is nothing which stands out or would appeal to a reader at all, especially one who is a young student who wants to go out and have fun. This magazine just puts the idea of hard work across and students need this magazine to have a break from that. This magazine would definitely be made for the middle class student and the parents of the students would have probably paid the college for their child to gain entry. So to conclude I think that this is a magazine for middle to upper class students who are very much into their studies and college.
